Due to the nature of our products (which include perishable or personalized craft materials), we do not accept returns of opened boxes. However, if your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
We’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Change of Mind?
We get it—plans change! If your box hasn't shipped yet, we’re happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.
