    Returns

    Due to the nature of our products (which include perishable or personalized craft materials), we do not accept returns of opened boxes. However, if your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

    Refunds & Replacements

    We’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

    • Your box arrived damaged or with missing items
    • You received the wrong box or theme
    • Your order did not arrive at all (after shipping confirmation and investigation)

    To request a refund or replacement, please email us at info@cacaobroscreative.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • A photo, if applicable (e.g. damaged items)

    Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

    Change of Mind? We get it—plans change! If your box hasn't shipped yet, we’re happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

    Lost or Delayed Packages
